About the event
Fitness is crucial for finding balance and fully enjoying oneself. Getting fit itself can be healing as the body moves and builds strength. We will be doing a number of bodyweight exercises to explore physical fitness. All levels are welcome as the exercises can be customized to your individual skill levels. Join in-person at Glacken Field.
There will be a 30-minute activity at the start of the session such as basketball, catch, tennis, soccer, hola hoops, or open discussions.
The sessions will consist of an hour-long workout with 15 minutes of stretching or yoga at the start, 30 minutes of self-paced interval training, and 15 minutes of stretching or yoga to conclude.
Tools will be available to track goals, reps, and progress.
You can also find a space with a sturdy floor and go through the workout remotely.
