DXN Code Strike amazing if you guys need a good jump rope I'm going to have it link below this like I said it's a tool start with the light jump rope and go for that coordination build this is good for building that traditional cardiovascular endurance as well as speed coordination agility and even increase mental accuracy and what I love about it is that it's not boring like being on a treadmill or an elliptical next we're going to move on to the pull-ups I love pull-ups is a little bit tougher exercise and somewhat harder for beginners if this is your first time starting out so there are variations you can do to kind of get started obviously if you're in a gym there's machines that help you do this but if you absolutely cannot do a pull-up ways you can help yourself up is using maybe a stool or a chair putting one leg on it and lightly helping you push yourself up this of course
